Our company, hireQ, Inc. is a consumer internet startup looking to transform the recruiting industry through the power of algorithms, computer-adaptive learning, and behavioral psychology. We match the right candidates to the right careers at the right companies. This leads to higher yields, better performance and lower attrition.

Just launched our Beta, and launching at the upcoming DEMO conference (Oct 1-3). We are currently bootstrapped, but plan to raise an angel/seed round in Q4/Q1. We have an ambitious vision, and are looking for additional team members to help us bring to market the next version of the product.
