Our mission is in our name: We want to say “Thanx” to our merchant customers and help them say “Thanx” to theirs. Retailers should be able to identify their best customers and those loyalists should be rewarded. With Thanx, it’s a truly frictionless experience on both sides.
Biggest Triumph & Lesson Learned Thus Far:
Thanx is now live after many months of development, and we are coming out of public beta this fall. We raised significant investment from elite Silicon Valley investors and are looking to more than double our team in the next 6-9 months. Key lesson learned: even very very small changes in consumer spending behavior can result in millions (and ultimately billions) of dollars in created value in the massive offline retail market.

While Thanx did not ultimately hire any of our founders or early employees via Founders Soup, we gained countless connections in the VC industry, great leads for future technical/engineering hiring and a network of supporters and early adopters who proved incredibly valuable during our beta period.
